Install dishwasher in a new build home

We have moved into a new townhouse and need to install baby gates by the stairs. Tried to do it myself but realise I need a stud finder to see where to install as it’s plasterboard. Can someone please help fix. If possible, may also need help with connecting water to the fridge as had issues with the pipe connector. Went to Bunnings to buy an adapter to reduce the diameter but the water leaked (likely due to no tape around the connection?) need a more experienced plumber to do it

The current gas top hole is 52cmx63cm. The new replacement gas top size is about 52cmx58cm. Need to make the hole smaller to fit the new gas top. The current gas top is still in place for now and can be taken out.

Smoke detectors keep go off. Thinking the batteries may need replacing. Roof is too high for us to reach. You will need to bring a ladder. It is a 2 story house. Upstairs is a high roof of approx. 3 meters and there are 10 alarms.

Job 1 Attach Washing Machine Drainage Hose to Under Sink Spigot. Spigot will need to be drilled as still sealed. Hose guide to be attached to hold drainage hose under sink (screw may be required) Hose to be attached to Spigot (please supply hose clamp) Job 2 Secure Shoe Rack to Wall with Ties & Screws supplied. Job 3 Move Bicycle rack to opposite side of Garage.

My garage roller door isn’t working when I press the button to activate it. When the button is pressed, you can hear the motor turning - sounds like the chain might have come off the guide. I have a controller with two buttons, one for the door and unsure what the other button does. Hoping it’s a simple task. Access to the rolling mechanism is from the garage roof and unsure how to get to the mechanism easily so tools might be required. If a complex job, diagnosis and discussion of cost will be required. Any further questions, please let me know.

My dishwasher needs to have the water drained out from the bottom of it. I am unable to do this myself. It is a Stirling Logix and has the ECO light flashing.

Got a 12V Kings Adventure set up need to check. I have connected them already but the battery isn’t charged. DC to DC set up, no solar. Battery is fully charged at the moment and Kings has checked with no faults at all. Need to check and see what’s going on with my set up and make sure the set up is well connected. Electrolux EDV70SHQWA clothes dryer requires repair. Barrel not turning however motor seems to be working. May require belt replacement.

Looking for a plumber to disconnect old, cold water hose and connect new washing machine. The old hose is very tight and in a slightly inaccessible location in the laundry, which is why I’m needing assistance
