I have recently installed a head unit into a 2009 Subaru Impreza. Everything is working except for the steering wheel controls and the reverse camera. I haven’t attempted to install these as I’m not sure which wires these are meant to connect too. I have a solder and other tools.

The headset is well installed. You only need to connect it to the steering wheel. Also, look into why it's starting in camera mode and the camera is not working automatically in reverse mode.

Our Prado engine is not working well and needs to be repaired. We were spending a couple days out with our camper car and it started to loose power and white smoke came out of the cooler tank. The radiator cap valve was broken, got the car towed and thought it won’t be that much. Went to a local car mechanic (not 4x4) and told us the entire engine was fucked and needed to be replaced (around 6k engine plus 4k labour). Another one told us could be a piston. The car has no power, doesn’t sound good but was still running (has been parked on that town and will be towed back again home next week). Need someone specialist with 4WD to give us a correct diagnostic and to be repaired. Car is going to be towed home by road assistance so I don’t mind in which suburb I need to leave the car as soon as it’s correctly repaired.

Hi there, I need someone to replace the alternator in a 2004 Toyota Corolla sedan, auto 1.8L and charge the battery. I have already purchased a new alternator to fit the vehicle so just a case of swaping it over and the battery will need to be charged.
