We have a section of kitchen floor where the floorboards are bulging up. The floorboards are engineered board on a thin foam underlay on yellow tongue particle board. We have lots of spare boards if they need to be replaced. There are kitchen cabinets on the surrounding floorboards which may make removing the ones around it more difficult. Hi! In my home we had installed laminate flooring but unfortunately have not left enough expansion room and it has now buckled. The job will be to remove the glued skirting from one edge of the living room to flatten out the floor and then re-cut pieces to assemble back in. Supplies incl. skirting and flooring panels that match the current ones will be provided. Job should be pretty straight forward using an oscillating saw. Have priced at $300 but happy to negotiate

One side skirting needs to be taken out as part is missing and needs to be replaced. Next to it you can see some of the timber floor missing. Those first 5 planks about 1 meter need some solid wood under it to hold it up. Plus some. 3 planks about 1 meter in length need to be replaced. I don't have the materials. Could get if needed.
